The Problem

Cinépolis’ website featured a static, unstructured menu for its wide range of snacks and beverages, with no option for customers to browse, customize, or pre-order items online.

The Goal

Redesign the Cinépolis website to integrate a seamless, user-friendly snack ordering experience within the movie ticket purchasing flow, from selecting a movie and showtime to choosing seats, ordering concessions, and completing checkout.
